The girls’ tennis team of Azerbaijan became the winner of the Play-off C Group in the Billie Jean King Cup to be held in Vilnius, Lithuania by winning over the team of Iceland with a score of 3-0. In the meantime, Azerbaijan ranked as 13th among 21 participating countries in the Europe/Africa Group.
